Leonard is a key collaborator in the development, launch and management of numerous global brands. He has an Executive MBA from the Berlin School of Creative Leadership through which he launched the Classroom Think Tank, a non-profit research initiative to help inspire the development of an innovative model for 21st century education. He has been an advisory board member of the German educational association Education Y since 2016. To combat educational inequality, Education Y has developed the first successful large-scale platform that allows German schools to put children in charge of their own learning and help them develop key social and emotional skills.
